Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 6, 2026
NXT ERA Financial operates this internal agent portal (the “Portal”), used by authorized insurance agents to access and manage sales leads. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it. By creating an account or using the Portal, you agree to this Policy.
1. Who this applies to
The Portal is a private, invitation-based tool for authorized agents. It is not intended for or directed to the general public.
2. Information we collect
- Agent account information: your name, email address, phone number, password (stored only in hashed form by our authentication provider), and registration date.
- Usage information: activity within the Portal, such as leads closed and related timestamps.
- Lead information: the Portal displays consumer sales leads (such as name, phone number, and state) that are provided to us by the agency or client on whose behalf the Portal operates. Agents use this information to contact prospective customers.
3. How we use information
- To authenticate agents and provide access to the Portal.
- To display and manage assigned leads and record closed sales.
- To administer access periods and enforce eligibility.
- To send operational notifications to our team.
4. How information is shared
We share information only as needed to operate the Portal:
- Service providers that host our authentication and database (Supabase), spreadsheet and file storage (Google), and hosting infrastructure.
- The agency or client that owns the leads and engages our agents.
- Internal team notifications (for example, a closed-sale alert sent to our team messaging channel).
- As required by law or to protect our rights.
We do not sell agent personal information.
5. Lead data ownership
Consumer lead data made available through the Portal is owned and supplied by the agency or client. NXT ERA Financial processes this data on their behalf. Responsibility for the lawful collection of consumer data and for obtaining any required consumer consents (including telemarketing and Do-Not-Call consents) rests with the party that sourced the leads.
6. Data retention
We retain agent account information while your account is active and as needed for legitimate business or legal purposes. Limited information (such as email and phone) may be retained after an account is closed to enforce eligibility rules and prevent abuse.
7. Data security
We use industry-standard safeguards including encrypted connections (HTTPS), authenticated access, and role-based permissions. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your choices and rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account information by contacting your team lead or portal administrator. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws.
9. Cookies and local storage
The Portal uses essential cookies and local storage to keep you signed in. It does not use third-party advertising cookies.
10. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
11. Contact
Questions about this Policy can be directed to your team lead or portal administrator.
