Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the NXT ERA Financial internal agent portal (the “Portal”). By creating an account or using the Portal, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Portal.

1. Eligibility and accounts

The Portal is restricted to authorized agents. You must provide accurate registration information and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

2. Access period

Access may be granted for a limited period (for example, an initial trial window) and may be extended, suspended, or revoked at our discretion.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to:

• Use the Portal and any lead data solely for your authorized work on behalf of the agency or client.
• Keep all consumer lead data strictly confidential and not copy, export, sell, or share it outside your authorized duties.
• Comply with all applicable laws when contacting leads, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the Telemarketing Sales Rule, and all federal and state Do-Not-Call requirements.
• Not attempt to access, scrape, disrupt, or interfere with the Portal or its data beyond your authorized access.

4. Lead data ownership

All consumer lead data remains the property of the agency or client that supplied it. You receive no ownership rights in that data and must stop using and delete it upon termination of your access or upon request.

5. Confidentiality

Information accessed through the Portal is confidential. Unauthorized disclosure or misuse may result in termination of access and legal action.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, including for violation of these Terms or expiration of your access period. Upon termination, you must cease using the Portal and any data obtained through it.

7. Disclaimers

The Portal is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NXT ERA Financial and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Portal.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the Portal after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
